Becky makes sure everything is done. I've lived in the park for over 1 year and a half so much has changed for the better. I treat people the way i want to be treated and i have so much respect for Becky, Dacie, and Christy.

There is a beautiful community center with a full kitchen and great pool table. A big pool and a basketball court to play at in the summer. The office staff is very nice and the maintenance staff keep the community clean and running well. I met some amazing people here that welcomed me in like family. I am glad I got to spend time in this community.
If i ever have trouble with my trailer they were always there when i needed help right away. School boundaries are subject to change. Always double check with the school district for most current boundaries. Ratings give an overview of a school's test results. The ratings are based on a comparison of test results for all schools in the state. We are bringing new life to this community through proper renovations and land improvements.
Girls in the office are sweet and helpful. I have been waiting for about 8 months for my front door to be repaired by maitenance. Since its inception in 2000, Lakeside Community has always been family-owned and operated.

Office staff is amazing, it is obvious they care about their residents. Lakeside Community is a beautiful, serene 55-plus manufactured home community set in the scenic rural countryside of Northwest Indiana. It is centrally located so it is easy to get to work in Starkville, Columbus, or West Point.
There is a nice lake for fishing, and the property is large and full of trails for walking. There are also trails through the woods that are great places for kids to play. Absolute top location, living adjacent to the park, with the feeling of living in the woods, surrounded by greenery.
